When do I receive my bonus minutes?
Bonus minutes are credited to your account immediately when your referred friend subscribes to a paid plan. Both of you receive the bonus at the same time.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No! You can refer unlimited friends and earn bonus minutes for each one who subscribes. The more friends you invite, the more minutes you earn.
Do bonus minutes expire?
Bonus minutes are added to your account and are available for the current billing cycle. Use them before your billing period ends — unused bonus minutes do not roll over to the next month.
Can I refer someone who already has an account?
The referral link works for new signups. If someone already has a KallyAI account, they won't be able to use a referral code. Encourage friends to sign up using your link!
What if my referral cancels their subscription?
Bonus minutes you've already received are yours to keep. However, you won't receive additional bonuses if they resubscribe later.
